Services

Closeful helps service businesses identify, set up, and improve practical AI workflows for customer follow-up, missed calls, voicemail handling, customer inquiries, employee support, and business insights. Specific services, pricing, scope, and timelines may be described in a separate proposal, agreement, or written communication.

SMS Terms

Closeful may send conversational customer-care SMS messages related to inquiries, missed calls, appointment requests, service requests, reminders, support requests, and related customer follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or contact support at support@closeful.com.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Closeful. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Closeful may send SMS messages on behalf of local service businesses that use Closeful. Those messages are intended to continue a customer-service interaction you started with that business, such as calling the business's published phone number, submitting a website form, making an appointment request, leaving a voicemail, or otherwise asking the business for help. Closeful does not use this customer-care SMS program for marketing, promotions, purchased lists, unrelated outreach, or messages outside your original inquiry or customer-service relationship.

If you receive SMS messages from a business using Closeful, you may contact that business directly or email support@closeful.com for help with the messaging program. After you reply STOP, no further Closeful Customer Care messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe where available.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use Closeful services for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful communications.

AI and Workflow Outputs

AI-assisted drafts, summaries, recommendations, and workflow outputs may require human review. You are responsible for reviewing messages, business decisions, and customer-facing content before use, especially in regulated or sensitive industries.

Payments and Third-Party Costs

If you purchase services from Closeful, payment terms will be described in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement. Third-party costs, such as SMS, AI usage, software, hosting, or connected tools, may be billed directly to your accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Guarantee of Results

Closeful works to provide practical, useful workflow improvements, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, bookings, savings, or business outcomes unless a specific written guarantee is included in your agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
